Who We Are

MISSION

  • Our mission is to provide education, outreach, and to support parents and professionals challenged by the mental health, emotional, and behavioral needs of youth, ages 14-25 years.

  • To help parents become more empowered to advocate for their 14-25 year old young adult and families.

  • To provide parents and families with the information they need to access clinical/natural services and supports.

GOALS

  • To help families gain a sense of confidence in guiding their young adults through the process of transition to adulthood

  • To empower families to advocate for supports and services for their young adult

  • To provide information, education, and resources to families through the transition process

 

OUR STAFF

Our staff includes the Program Director of the Parent Information Network (PIN) , the Parents of Transitional Youth (PTAY) Coordinator, the Office Manager, and the PIN Parent Coordinators and Supporters for each Southeast Area site.
