MISSION
-
Our mission is to provide education, outreach, and to
support parents and professionals challenged by the mental health,
emotional, and behavioral needs of youth, ages 14-25 years.

To help parents become more empowered to advocate for their
14-25 year old young adult and families.

To provide parents and families with the information they need
to access clinical/natural services and supports.
GOALS

To help families gain a sense of confidence in guiding their young
adults through the process of transition to adulthood

To empower families to advocate for supports and services for their
young adult

To provide information, education, and resources to families through
the transition process
OUR STAFF
Our
staff includes the Program Director of the Parent Information Network
(PIN) ,
the Parents of Transitional Youth (PTAY) Coordinator, the Office Manager, and the PIN Parent Coordinators
and Supporters for each Southeast Area site.
